Free shipping on orders over $200!* (before tax)

We offer shipping across Canada and the US using CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL:

Metro Vancouver: 1 business day

Rest of BC: 1-3 business days

Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days.

Delivery times: (these are just estimates from Canada Post meant to provide you with an ETA, actual delivery times may vary).

It is our job to make sure you get your awesome new bike parts / accessories as soon as possible! Once an order is placed and is paid for, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the order ships.

For orders under $200 (before tax) a flat shipping rate of $19.99 will apply.

*some exclusions apply, oversized items do not qualify for free shipping and will be subject to a unique shipping rate, for example - bikes, wheels, frame, etc...

International Shipping

International customers (including US customers) are responsible for all duties and taxes and assume 100% liability for the shipment if it gets damaged or lost in transit, shipments are not insured unless specifically requested. Orders are charged in Canadian dollars and your credit card company will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate.

Return policy:

If it is not love at first sight, no sweat! We accept returns 14-days from the date your package was delivered*. Please note that we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. Once we receive a return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy, if everything is OK, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless we are at fault.

*Some exclusions apply - some items are not eligible for returns: Bikes and frames, Wheels, custom wheels, clearance items, etc. (See more below)

**Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if “free shipping” was selected.

Store Pickup:

If you would like to pick up your online order in store simply select the "In-store pickup" option during checkout, "In-store pickup" is free. We will email you once your order is ready for pickup.

Returns/refunds are not accepted on the following items:

  • Bikes and frames
  • Wheels / Custom wheels
  • Clearance items (or any items marked as 30% or more off)
  • Gift cards
  • Nutritional / personal care products
  • Any clothing items with liner
